The Ghost Orchid
Lilian (She/Her, b.1998, Spain) is a London based curator and artist. With many years of experience within the art industry in galleries and studios such as The Approach, 56 Henry, TINA and many more, her practice dives into new media and how internet platforms have forever shifted contemporary art, recontextualizing surrealism within the modern technological age. With a focus on the contemporary digital image, her research and curatorial projects always come with an underlying esoteric and erotic tone.
She earned her bachelor's degree in Curatorial Studies at Parsons School of Design, New York, and a Masters in Curating & Collections from Chelsea College of Arts, London. Some of her selected past projects include You Know Me Intimately, I Know You Not At All, London, UK (2024), Improvising Antiphony, London, UK (2024), Lingering in the Threshold, London, UK (2024), Drenched in Salt, London, UK (2024), Re:Call, London, UK (2024), The Mutt Museum, New York, USA (2022) and Remember U.S., New York, USA (2021).
